Burgers galore
I've just finished reading one of the funniest books I've read in a long time, about one man's struggle to open an American diner in Uckfield (no, I had no idea where it was either). If you're ever thinking about opening any form of cafe, bistro or even a burger van, Maximum Diner should be essential reading!

So glad you enjoyed the book - I did too. Apart from the funny parts, it's full of great advice. Do you think it'll beome a hit?
Yes, I think it will be. It'll strike a chord with lots of people thinking "ooh, wouldn't it be nice to start up a tea shop/burger bar/diner", who never really quite get round to it, but who will vicariously enjoy reading about someone who made the effort!
